Why haven't I received my e-Transfer?

There are a few reasons you may not have received your transfer, usually it's just on its way!

 

Stay within your Remaining Limits

Limits are provided on a per-account basis.

Because we are a non-custodial service that accepts Bitcoin, we can't prevent you from sending more Bitcoin than your account allows.

Due to processing costs, transactions below the minimum will be forfeited.

Due to Canadian regulations, transactions above the maximum will require you to register and verify your account before your transaction can be processed or refunded.

Double check your email address

For your privacy, your email address is only shown once.

I used the wrong email address, what do I do?

Confirm that your Bitcoin was sent

If you are sending Bitcoin from a personal wallet, the transfer should be instant and appear on your payment page immediately.

If you are sending Bitcoin from an online wallet or exchange, they usually take some time to process your withdrawal. If you don't see an incoming transaction on your payment page then you will need to contact the sending service for further information on why they have not sent your Bitcoin.
